What this website collects
- No analytics, no advertising cookies, no third-party trackers.
- Display preference: your “Night” or “Day” choice is stored only in your browser (local storage). It is never sent anywhere and you can clear it at any time from your browser settings.
- Technical data: to serve and protect the website, our hosting provider Cloudflare, Inc. processes technical connection data (IP address, browser type, date and time). Legal basis: our legitimate interest in keeping the website secure and working properly.
- Your messages: if you write to us (for example to request access), we use your email address and the content of your message only to reply and follow up on your request. Legal basis: steps taken at your request before entering into a contract. Retention: three years after our last exchange.
Recipients and transfers
Your data is never sold or rented. It is accessible to the Univers Numérique team and to our technical providers (hosting: Cloudflare, Inc.; email). Some of these providers may process data outside the United Kingdom or the European Union; such transfers rely on the safeguards provided by law (adequacy decisions or standard contractual clauses).
Your rights
You have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict, object to and port your data. To exercise these rights, write to contact@universnumerique.digital. You can also lodge a complaint with the data protection authority in your country: in the United Kingdom, the ICO (ico.org.uk); in France, the CNIL (cnil.fr).
Company data processed by FALCO
FALCO relies only on lawful, public sources (official registers, open data, information published by the companies themselves). Anyone whose business contact details appear in our results can ask where they come from and object to their use by writing to the same address.
